In 1996 he started Capstone Home Inspections; a DBA doing business in Marlborough. In May of 2003, the date by which all home inspectors must be licensed, Rick and several hundred other inspectors received their licenses. In 2011, with the help of Atny. Jeff Shaffer, he incorporated and became Capstone Home Inspections, Inc.
