Your
Chamber currently employs seven full and part-time
people to serve your member needs, answer your
questions and coordinate the efforts of those
volunteers who further the various programs
of the Chamber.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:40 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. When you call the Marlborough
Regional Chamber of Commerce with questions
or for assistance, you may find it helpful
to know the names and broad areas of responsibility

Zeta
Powers, Receptionist
The cheerful voice on the end of the line, Zeta
is responsible for coordinating all the mail
you receive from the Chamber. She also handles
your requests for printed information about Marlborough,
directories, maps and industrial lists. |
Rei
Poole, Receptionist
Rei fills in as needed answering the phones,
coordinating the mailings and responding to information
requests.

Ellie
Harris, Member/Community Relations Representative
Ellie provides member and community relations
outreach for the Chamber. She concentrates on
downtown events and initiatives as well as future
transportation initiatives. She also handles
requests for information, referrals as well as
updating a contact list for elected officials. |
Tina
Ladrie, Marketing and Sales
Tina coordinates, creates and updates various
marketing materials for recruitment and retention
of members. She also provides outreach to recruit
members in the Marlborough region. She assists
Cathy to provide member services and helps to
guide the Ambassador Committee.

Ivette
Mesmar, Member Outreach Coordinator
Ivette provides outreach to members concentrating
on working with the multinational business community.
She works with Cathy to provide member services
and guides the Ambassador Committee. |
Penny
Tiernan, Chief Operating Officer
Penny coordinates special events held throughout
the year. She also administers member accounts
and billing. Penny maintains the membership
database. If you want to book a Networking
Before Nine, Business After Hours, Advertising
Insert or even any questions on your account,
Penny is the person to contact. |
Catherine
Gregory Mogavero, CFRE, Executive Vice President
Cathy coordinates member services, particularly
in the areas of membership development,
growth and retention. She is always on the
lookout for new programs to benefit the
Chamber’s members. Talk to Cathy for
help with any membership benefits. She also
coordinates the Ambassador Committee, the
volunteer arm of the Chamber in serving
member needs. |
Susanne
Morreale-Leeber, CCE, IOM, President and
CEO
Susanne’s function may be summed up
as “vision and implementation”.
The scope of the executive position includes
responsibility to the Board of Directors
for the full range of activities - coordination
of the business plan; motivation of volunteers;
income and expenditures; maintenance of
membership; employment, training and supervision;
interpretation of policy and long-range
planning.
